Can I send all my tickets or just the ones I don't need?

Many clients enjoy the convenience of depositing all of their season tickets with FASTBREAK at the beginning of the season, managing them through the website, and requesting tickets be returned when they are going to be used. This method provides maximum flexibility to sell and use tickets. A smaller number of clients prefer to choose the games they would like to liquidate at the beginning of the season and only deposit those tickets.

How safe is this service?

The security of your tickets, personal data, and account balances are of utmost importance to us. Our clients include many of the Fortune 500 and industry leaders in the legal, consulting, and financial services industries, so our systems have been well tested. Our website uses industry standard privacy and data protection protocols. Account balances are stored in a separate escrow account to insure the money is available for your use or withdrawal at any time.

Can you handle emailable tickets?

Yes, emailable tickets are the easiest format to accommodate as they eliminate shipping fees and reduce delivery times.

Can I get my tickets back if I need them?

Of course. Clients can request their tickets back at any time prior to the event date. Additionally, clients can specify that all unsold tickets be sent back automatically 3 days prior to the event.

How much does the service cost?

There are no annual, service, fees or signup fees. FASTBREAK makes money only when the client makes money through the sale of tickets. FASTBREAK retains 20% of the net proceeds (after applicable shipping, seller commissions, processing fees, etc) as compensation for its management services.

What can I spend my account balance on?

Literally anything. Many clients choose to spend their account balances directly on other entertainment events via inventory available on the site, while others choose to request their fund delivered by check allowing them to spend that new cash on anything.

How much will my tickets sell for?

Our proprietary pricing engine continuously scours the Internet to ensure your tickets are always priced "at the market". This price may be above or below face value depending on many criteria such as team performance, rivalries, date of event, days until event, seat location, etc.

What happens if my tickets haven't sold?

When you set up your account, we will ask you to specify which of the following 3 options you would prefer:

Option 1

Request unsold tickets be automatically returned three days prior to the event.

Option 2

Request unsold tickets be donated to the charity of your choice three days prior to the event

Option 3

Continue to list tickets for sale until the event date.

Can I donate my tickets to charity?

Yes, ticket owners may specify their preferred charity for ticket donation at signup. Ticket owners are responsible for confirming with their designated charity that they are willing to accept event tickets. FASTBREAK will provide a receipt of donation for tax purposes should one be provided by the charity.

Do you handle performing arts event tickets?

Yes, we handle all forms of live events including professional sports, college sports, concerts, ballet, symphony, etc.

Which sports does the service support?
